The fine dining concept Bianca sul Lago takes its inspiration from the meeting of the water and the mountains that can be admired from the lake-front windows of the restaurant. The wonder of nature is translated into dishes by the cuisine of our chef Fabrizio Albini, that travels through memories, emotions and flavors to get to the essence of taste, just a few kilometers from Lake Como.
