18 private suites each designed by a contemporary artist.

Our lodges have the layout of a hotel suite, bringing you the same level of hospitality, comfort and service you would expect from a hotel. With a living area of 35 sq. m, nestled 4m high in the trees, all of our lodges are fitted with a fully equipped bathroom, Italian shower, separate toilets, and mini bar with hot and cold drinks to satisfy your desires at any time of the day. Each lodge extends into a 25 sq. m terrace that includes a private spa. Only “Efflorescences”, our lodge adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM), is on the ground. It offers 2 terraces, one of which is above a pond, and has a complete spa: sauna and massaging jacuzzi. Everything has been designed to ensure complete privacy and allow you to fully immerse yourselves in nature.

Light, osmosis with the forest, transparency, space” inspired the design of our 18 lodges. Built on stilts, from wood species present in the surrounding forest – douglas, chestnut, oak – our lodges are real, warm and cosy suites. Their large windows and open terraces, equipped with a private spa, promote an harmonious dialogue between the interiors and the forest. And for the final touch, each lodge has been designed by a contemporary artist.

When you wake up, you’ll find a breakfast basket hanging from a pulley at the foot of your lodge, which you can pull up whenever you like! Fresh fruit juice, pastries, bread, honey from our forest, goat’s cheese, salmon, etc. make up the base.
We also offer a range of complementary dishes.

Raw nature beckons from the door of your suite, but art and culture beckon from within, and indeed from all around you. Each lodge features original works by contemporary artists, and has been decorated to reflect their artistic world. At the heart of the forest, open exclusively to our clients, monumental works of art will be revealed to you. Unleash your senses and let your emotions run wild.

Beyond the artistic world of each Lodge designed by a different artist, LOIRE VALLEY LODGES invites you to stroll amongst monumental sculptures you’ll find scattered along forest lanes, around the house and by the pool.

A 20m long swimming pool is available from April to September, from 9am to 8pm, behind the main building. In addition to the pool terrace where mattresses are at your disposal to enjoy the sun, you will find outdoor seating areas tucked amongst aromatic and perennial plants, offering a comfortable setting to enjoy coffee, tea, a fresh herbal tea, fruit juice or a glass of wine.

Have you ever felt how much it is pleasant to stay into a hot jacuzzi while having your head in cool air staring at the nature when it’s cold outside ?
We have pushed the idea further : we put the swimming pool into use (but not heated !) and we installed a nordic bath right next to the swimming pool to allow you to live another sensory experience.
You can warm up in a 40°C bath, then swim a few lengths in the cold pool and go back in the hot bath…
You just need to book a time range at the reception to enjoy this experience. (Towels and blanckets at are your disposal in the locker room near the pool as well as a hairdryer.)

Depending on the season and your wishes, either on the terrace or in your room, you’ll be intoxicated by the sounds of nature and the essential oils naturally released by the trees.

– and on Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings.
